Chapter 1 - Chapter 1: The Celestial Assembly

*Asgard, Nine Realms*

"Your Highness, the time set by the Celestial team has arrived." In a magnificent, starry palace, Gemini's Golden Saint, Saga, eagerly gazed at the young man painting in the hall.

"Oh? Has the time come so soon? It appears this is the battle to shatter Odin's ambition to unify the universe, conquer the tyrant, and become a benevolent king..." The young man placed down his brush at the warrior's words, his thoughts drifting afar.

"It's been nearly a thousand years since I crossed into this world; it's truly been a long journey," mused Della Odinson.

Once a typical worker from Earth, Della never imagined that a casual movie night would lead to an accident, transforming him into Della Odinson—the Asgardian prince who wields the power of the stars, a character who never existed in the Marvel Universe!

"Let's go; my father must be anxious. After all, this battle concerns the survival of Asgard." Della stood, his long hair cascading behind him, with starlight gracing his handsome features, resembling a true god.

As he made his way to the palace, Della contemplated Asgard's current state.

Odin, the king, had developed Asgard to unprecedented heights. As the mightiest king in the history of the Aesir, Odin's divine power surpassed all previous god-kings, and his formidable strength fueled his ambitions.

Under Odin's reign, Asgard embarked on a relentless expansion. The nine worlds connected by the World Tree fell one by one to Odin's conquests. All creatures in these realms bowed to Asgard's might, and with power came ever-growing ambition. Asgard's influence began to extend into the universe.

Conquest inevitably involved bloodshed. While Della, the eldest prince of the Aesir, refrained from war, his younger sister, Hela, reveled in it, inheriting the mantle of death. As Hela accompanied Odin on his campaigns, they decimated planets, sparing none who refused to submit.

One of the planets ravaged by Hela and Odin was a site where the Celestials had planted their seeds. A new member of the Celestial host was on the brink of birth, but Hela and Odin's massacre annihilated its life.

This act provoked the cosmic Celestials, who believed Hela and Odin's actions disrupted the universe's balance. The Celestials, masters of creation and destruction, required new members to maintain cosmic equilibrium. Without fresh Celestial bloodlines, the universe could spiral into chaos, leading to the conflict with Odin.

"Why halt our conquest? My army of death is poised to conquer that planet!" Della had just arrived outside the main hall when he heard Hela challenging Odin.

"You need not know the reason! I am the king of Asgard; your duty is to obey my commands!" In his early years, Odin was not known for his patience; even with his children, he was firm and unyielding.

As a conqueror of many worlds, Odin could not admit before his daughter that he was thwarted by a formidable foe. As a father, he wished to shield her from facing such a powerful enemy.

Addicted to conquest and bloodshed, Hela would not be easily swayed. After a brief standoff with Odin, she turned and left the hall.

"Hela, another disagreement with Father?" Della asked with a smile, fully aware of the situation as Hela approached.

Hela, however, did not acknowledge Della as her elder brother. She saw him as too passive, never participating in Asgard's wars, content to paint and pursue his interests in his palace.

Hela cast a deep look at her brother, said nothing, and left the hall.

Della merely smiled, unconcerned by Hela's demeanor. For nearly a millennium, he had kept his combat prowess hidden from the world.

In the main hall, Odin sat deep in thought, his brow furrowed. The god-king who had conquered countless worlds felt the pressure of the looming Celestial conflict.

"Della! It seems your painting skills are lacking!" Odin opened his eyes. He was always dissatisfied with his eldest son, who possessed immense divine power yet never engaged in external wars, preferring his art and pursuits.

Odin could sense Della's growing strength, indicating that his son's combat abilities were nearing his own level, at least in the realm of Sub-God Father.

Odin observed Della with a penetrating gaze. From birth, Della was different; his power had steadily grown for a thousand years. Even Odin could not fathom the source of Della's unique power, which, though not immensely strong, held cosmic depth and potential.

"Even if it's at the Sub-God Father level, it's not far from it." Who would have thought that Asgard's serene prince could surpass even Hela, who fought alongside Odin?

Though Hela also possessed Sub-God Father level power, she had only just entered that realm, her combat skills still trailing Della's.

Odin knew that if Della and Hela were to clash, Hela would not stand a chance and might even perish at Della's hands, despite wielding the Night Sky Blade.

"Della! In this battle against the Celestials, you will accompany me!" Odin felt that while Della's strength might not match the God Father level, he would be an invaluable ally, perhaps even decisive in the war's outcome.

As the most crucial battle of his reign, Odin prepared thoroughly. Even against the Celestials, he believed victory was assured, though it might come at a cost.
