It was a clear sunny day.
A gentle breeze whistled through the trees as the leaves turned from green to orange and red.
Autumn had arrived.
Seventeen-year-old Harrison was playing with two of his friends, Jack and Mike
"Catch me if you can!" Harrison shouted, as the others gave Chase
"Hey wait up!" his friends shouted, as they chased Harrison.
Thirty minutes later, Harrison's mother called him.
"Harrison dinner is ready!"
Then, right as they stopped playing the Sky turned gray.
"What The hell it was sunny two seconds ago," Harrison said.
And then it began to sprinkle right as Harrison shut the door behind him.
As he sat down at the dinner table, it began to pour, as lightning struck a nearby tree.
They were having pasta For dinner.
Harrison practically inhaled his portion.
"That is all The food we have left."
"Someone will have to go to the grocery store."
Suddenly, the power went out.
"And they will have to go out now because the power is out, and we don't have any water left," his mother said.
"How about we roll a die to decide who will go?" she suggested.
Harrison rolled a three, his father rolled a five, and his mother rolled a six.
"Ok, I guess you're going to the grocery store Harrison," his father said, while handing him his coat and slightly nudging him towards the door.
"Fine Harrison grumbled, as he prepared to leave.
"Stay safe out there OK," his mother said with concern in her voice.
"I Will," Harrison said while stepping out the door.
As Harrison began to walk, Harrison saw a flash, and then lightning struck a nearby tree.
Harrison began to sweat and his hands began to tremble, and his breath became shaky.
He picked up the pace, trying to get to the grocery store as fast as possible.
Right as he was about to make it to the grocery store time… stopped.
and then lightning struck him.
and then he was falling.
