Simon Kagutsuchi, a simple teenager living in Heiya Town, a small place near Kuoh town with its own public high school, albeit not as popular as Kuoh High School. Simon, however, was spending his last day of high school ever and was on his way home when he noticed something underneath an old rusty bridge: a flash of red and a pair of scissors.
Little did the kid know that this would be the beginning of a whole new world for him, one centered around the supernatural and a mysterious drill passed down for generations in his family. Alongside this, grudges old and new are brought to the surface as secrets long buried begin to surface as factions grow closer and closer toward, with threats far beyond the planet looming over them, coming closer to Earth, Simon must discover his own truth and his own drill, one that cna go beoynd the hevens themselves.
