The cashier eyed them warily as they made an appearance in the receiving room. "How was the service last night?"
"Pleasant," Reqiel replied with a smile, "Is there a decent restaurant around you would recommend?"
They ended up back at the docks, following the host's recommendation. The restaurant was fairly quiet, it was tucked at the far end of the harbor, and it had a lovely view of the sea.
Reqiel's dark blue eyes were crowded with stars as he took in the serene restaurant. There was scarcely anyone in the restaurant, a salty breeze blowing through the quiet hall. The exterior was made of simple wood, the decor blending perfectly with the seawater-aged docks.
They took their seat on the deck, it was on the side of the restaurant where one could eat just overlooking the sea. Colorful umbrellas provided shade, the cries of flying gulls, and the noise of the dock in the distance.
