Salvias knocked on the door of his older brother's house.
I heard food steps and a Saffron with dripping wet hair opened the door. He looked as if he had just come out of the shower.
"Hey," he said, smiling slightly at his brother, sister, and mother.
"Were ya workin' out again, big bro?" Alli asked, putting her hands on her hips.
He shrugged. "Ya know I can't slack off."
I smirked at my son-in-law's words. "Spoken like a true knight, Saffron. I came to check up on the little princess."
"Anis is napping after her story time with Pingui," Saffron replied, stepping aside to let us in. "She was pretty tired after all the excitement."
"Good. She needs her rest," I said as I walked inside.
"How are ya and Rose holding up, dear?" Dahlia asked, following her sons and Alli.
Saffron ran a hand through his damp hair. "Rose's napping too. I had her rest."
