Its rhythmic thump echoed faintly as if alive.
Helena reached out, brushing her fingers along the container's smooth surface, her smile widening.
"You're still fighting… how adorable."
The heart shuddered in response.
"You must hate me," she whispered, voice soft as silk. "But it's only because you don't understand me yet."
Using mana, she lifted the container above her as she observed it quietly.
