The mafia was seeking the doctor, like she had never been prosecuted for her crimes, and they were here to do it themselves. It was pure unfiltered madness, but then the good doctor didn't seem to be bothered by it.
If anything, the boredom on her face was something that many would notice. Maybe it would earn her reprieve, but from whom, when there was nothing that horrified her at this point?
Then again, they were looking for her like she had murdered more of them, and while she had, Kiyomi wasn't sure why Bazyli had come here like this; she wasn't even worried for herself. Now that she had sent Sakura away, she had to protect herself.
She had to fight to defend herself and buy herself enough time so she could be Sakura's prey. It sounded crazier than she had imagined, but fate had already made the hard choice for her. There was just nothing she could do to get out of this with ease.
