"Damn right I want to. This is more awesome than being just a mere human!" Elif beamed, and Kiyomi facepalmed like she hadn't been the one to make the morbid suggestion in the first place. This was peak insanity.
"Easy now, we have patients who don't appreciate the chaos," Kiyomi reminded, and Elif just snorted in excitement. It was a beautiful moment for both of them, even if it was obvious that Kiyomi Kimura needed a distraction from the mess that was her life.
"I can't believe we are doing this," Elif said, and Kiyomi smiled at her, loving the way that her friend was trying to be as cheery as possible. Kiyomi knew Elif had questions, so many questions, especially after the incident earlier.
