[KIYOMI]
"I swore I would never hurt you physically, and I did… to my eternal shame, love. I shouldn't have done that, no matter what the differences between us were and are… No words can express my apology in the right way, princess," Kiyomi began in earnest.
Sakura looked into Kiyomi's eyes, like this was a make it or break it moment for both of them. She wanted to say something, but her words failed her as she stared at the honesty in Kiyomi's eyes. The kind that had her weak in the knees in an instant.
"I… I don't…" Sakura forced out, her stuttering something that Kiyomi found amusing, because the good doctor leaned in to kiss the wild queen's lips on the side, just enough to leave Sakura Watanabe yearning for more, and gods, was she a goner.
"You look so beautiful today… and smell so fucking divine, little rebel. I could breathe you in and look at you my entire life, and I wouldn't have so much as a complaint," Kiyomi whispered, and a blush crept up Sakura's cheeks.
