"Doraemon, what are you doing?!"
After landing on the ground, Nobita shouted in panic.
If he had been a second slower, he would've been turned into a statue!
"Die! Die!"
But Doraemon didn't seem to hear him, repeatedly growling the word "die" with a terrifying expression, glaring at Nobita while aiming the Solidification Lamp.
"Eeeek!!"
This was nothing like what Nobita had imagined!
He thought Doraemon would be overjoyed to see him.
They'd reunite and get out of this haunted place together.
But he never expected this.
As Doraemon fired the lamp again, Nobita quickly leapt aside to avoid the light.
"Doraemon! If you keep this up, I'm gonna get mad!"
Nobita yelled angrily.
But before he could even finish, Doraemon immediately fired the lamp again.
Nobita dove away once more to dodge it.
"What's going on?! I have to stop him somehow!"
Nobita was in a complete panic.
One wrong move, and it would all be over.
So, he quickly reached into his pocket.
As he searched for a gadget that might help, he saw Doraemon already aiming the Solidification Lamp at him again.
"No time to think!"
With danger imminent, Nobita didn't care what he pulled out—he just threw whatever was in his hand.
It was a Scare Grenade—harmless, purely meant to shock.
BOOM!
A loud bang and bright flash erupted.
Doraemon immediately stopped firing, shielding his eyes from the light.
When it faded and he looked forward again—Nobita was gone.
"Where?! Where did he go?!"
Doraemon looked around frantically, roaring with rage.
Then he began shooting the lamp wildly at everything around him.
Freezing everything in sight!
"Come out!!"
Doraemon screamed with fury.
He kicked open a hospital room door, didn't even look, and immediately fired the lamp inside.
Only after blasting the room did he check it—no one.
Fuming, he moved to the next room and did the same.
"Ugh… What's going on with Doraemon?"
At that moment, Nobita was hiding in a room further away, nervously peeking out to watch Doraemon's rampage.
"Could it be that staying in here too long made him unstable?"
Nobita recalled Doraemon mentioning on the monitor that staying in Sadako's space was affecting his emotions.
That must be it.
"Then what do I do? Ah! That's right—the Meme Resistance Device!"
He suddenly remembered he was wearing it.
It was what kept him sane in Sadako's domain.
"Maybe if I give it to Doraemon, he'll be okay again."
Nobita reached into his pocket and pulled out another device.
"Okay... I just need to sneak up and put it on him."
He took out the Invisibility Cloak and draped it over himself, becoming transparent.
Then, he peeked outside—Doraemon was just ahead, blasting another room with the lamp.
"Doraemon, I'm coming to save you."
Nobita gulped nervously, his hand trembling as he held the device.
"Get a grip!"
He slapped his own hand to stop the shaking.
At that moment, Doraemon was at the opposite room, back turned, still firing the lamp.
"Now!"
Seeing the opportunity, Nobita dashed forward at his fastest speed ever and slammed the Meme Resistance Device onto Doraemon's head!
"Doraemon, are you okay now?!"
Delighted that it worked, Nobita tore off his cloak and looked at Doraemon.
But instead of returning to normal—
Doraemon slowly turned around, his expression even more twisted than before.
"I found you…"
He muttered darkly, then in one swift motion turned, raised the lamp, and pressed the button!
"It's over!"
Nobita knew full well—he wouldn't make it in time.
He could only stare as the light beam came at him.
But strangely—nothing happened.
"Huh?"
Doraemon blinked in confusion, clicking the button repeatedly.
But the lamp didn't light up.
"No power left?"
Seeing this, Nobita instantly understood.
What luck!
"Doraemon! Please calm down! It's me—Nobita!"
He tried desperately to reach him.
With the Meme Resistance Device on, Doraemon should be okay now, right?
Nobita poured out everything, hoping to break through.
But Doraemon just stared at him silently.
"Doraemon! Say something! We need to go back! If we don't, Sadako will find us!"
Nobita shouted in urgency.
Doraemon slowly lifted the Solidification Lamp again.
Nobita was confused.
Whack!
The next second, Doraemon slammed the lamp into Nobita's face, sending him flying.
"Waaah!!"
Nobita was launched over ten meters, crashing hard onto the floor.
His face felt like it was ripped apart.
"Wh... what's happening... Doraemon...?"
He groaned, struggling to sit up.
The searing pain brought tears to his eyes as he looked at Doraemon in disbelief.
Sure, they'd fought before—but never like this.
"Die! Die! Die!"
But Doraemon showed no mercy, gritting his teeth and glaring at Nobita like an enemy.
Then he looked around and picked up one of the petrified ghost statues.
"Go die!"
Doraemon hurled it at Nobita.
"Eeeek!!"
Nobita screamed in terror, his hair standing on end as he dove aside just in time.
But that wasn't the end.
Doraemon kept picking up more frozen ghost statues and throwing them at him.
In just a few seconds, over ten were hurled!
"Aaaaah!!"
Nobita turned and ran, activating his full speed—the same speed he used to run from Gian when he was angry.
He dodged every flying object in panic.
"Doraemon, stop!!"
He cried while sprinting.
But Doraemon only responded with more madness.
When there were no more statues to throw, he tore off doors and flung them.
Or smashed windows and threw the shards.
Nobita had to weave left and right desperately, completely disheveled just to avoid being hit.
