"Sir, if we have something like the Czech Hedgehogs we were taught about (used as a static anti-tank obstacles), we could easily modify them to make them sharp. If we don't have any in storage somewhere, we might be able to make some, if we had enough welders and raw materials." Evan responded.

I also want five of you to go to the site – you'll need to set off a few stink pellets near the tower, call in anonymous complaints and suggest to the local radio station there might be a toxic release. After that, scout out those locations we discussed. We also need some underground utility locators to locate any underground piping so we don't damage those when we excavate. Dr. Granger and Miss Granger – could you find us some nitrogen and termite tents? The General and I have a meeting with the PM to update him. You all have your marching orders. December 22, 1995 – 13:00, 10 Downing Street, London. The Commander and General entered the PM's office at 10 Downing Street. "Sir, we have another situation developing with the magical world. Their minister refuses to take action. This situation is likely to take place tomorrow noon at Christ Church in Oxford College. It is our feeling it will be a significant assault, with Giants, Dementors and Wizards, sir. We are scrounging around for the equipment. We could use your assistance with the constabulary and City of Oxford. We are setting things up so that we can announce a leak of toxic gases in the Tom Tower, adjacent annexes and Tom Quad. This will allow us to evacuate those areas beginning this afternoon. We will need the City to provide As-Builts for any underground utility lines in front of the Tower and in the Quad area – we plan to excavate pit-traps in those areas and do not want to damage any underground utilities. In addition, we would like authorization of the RQ2 we used last time. Be advised we are requisitioning the use of several recoilless guns and anti-tank missiles. It is likely they will be used in the action tomorrow sir. We will need to put the towns Fire Brigade on alert, and prepare warnings for people to stay inside their homes and work places tomorrow from 11am to 14:00 tomorrow, due to the "toxic gas release". I am sure they will realize the fireworks show is not part of the release, so we should be prepared with news briefs afterwards." The Commander stated.
"It seems you have everything under control. I'll call in the authorization immediately for your requested equipment. General, I would like you to prepare a plan to send the wizarding world a message they cannot ignore." PM Majors said. "Yes, Sir". "I shall not keep you then. Good hunting gentlemen." The Prime Minster said.
