"I think you can use it," Zein says, saving me. I could kiss him right now. "I think chicks will dig that so bad."
"Yeah, it's a whole part of my charm on stage," I mumble, my eyes on the back of Jude's head since he has sat back up again. "But I honestly don't care much about it."
"So easy for you to say that of you are getting all the action," Rex complains. "I have to work hard, show how funny I am before I am noticed. Jude and I are the only ones not getting action. Seriously, what can we do?"
I feel Jude tense, and I want to touch him so bad. Poor Rex. Poor, naïve, unassuming Rex, thinking like that.
If only he knew what Jude was doing two hours before? Where that mouth that's now wrapped around the bottle as he tips it back and takes a drink was. What it was wrapped around instead.
As if sensing I am looking at him, he twists to look at me for a second before hiding the small smirk by pretending to drink some more.
