Brand took out the 'Highland Followers' card on the other side and threw it on the ground. The water element generated by the Holy Tree Secret Land this week immediately paid off from the Earth Card. After a puff of smoke, a young man in a robe, carrying a large bundle of scrolls, emerged from the smoke and patted his sleeves.
Brand already knew that before an Element Pool was established, the element generated by the Earth Card would be paid and lost during the week, meaning it couldn't be stored, but it could still be used within the week.
"My name is Char, Lord. I am pleased to be at your service." The young man looked at him and bowed deeply.
"Are you a Highland Mage?" Brand asked.
"Apprentice," the young man supplemented earnestly.
