When they returned to the compound, Lily Turner and Easton Holmes went to the supermarket together. Once inside, they made a beeline for the food section with a clear objective in mind.
In no time, they filled the shopping cart to the brim.
"Wait for me a moment, I need to grab something."
Just as they were about to check out and leave, Lily suddenly remembered the most important item she had forgotten to buy. She turned back towards the shopping area.
When she returned, she had two packs of sanitary pads in her hand. Seeing the man waiting at the checkout, she placed them on the counter with some embarrassment.
As Lily had approached earlier, Easton had already spotted what she was holding with his sharp eyes. Seeing her look embarrassed, he didn't say anything and quietly paid the bill.
After checking out, they left the supermarket and went back home.
