One of the girls on the council stood up confidently. "We're planning to organize club activities for the students," she announced. "Things like football, painting, singing, dancing, fashion, modeling… and much more."
The other staff members nodded in agreement. "Yes, we all support that idea," another added.
Edward looked at them, overwhelmed, and thought to himself, Where am I even stuck right now? He felt completely lost.
Seraphina, sitting at the secretary's seat, leaned toward Charles and whispered just loud enough for Edward to hear, "Now he's acting like a useless president. He doesn't even know how to manage students."
Edward made a fake crying face, which only added to the council members' confusion as they looked at him in silence. Realizing their stares, Edward quickly straightened his back and got serious.
"Okay, then," he said. "Add those activities. Send someone to each class and ask students what they're interested in."
