Hou instantly fell down as he let of the door, falling through thick smog. He flattened his wings as he dove down and prepared to glide afterwards.
He pierced through the smog, the dark thick smoke being pushed away and revealing the Sealed Solar Tomb. Hou didn't notice it before but it was massive, a massive sphere world. However Hou suspected it was just a fraction of the real size.
Opening his wings, Hou started to glide. The air being pushed by the feathers keeping Hou afloat while he looked for where Mo Huai was.
Mo Huai was standing on a thick purple cloud of miasma, floating down to a large white cloud. Hou started to move his wings and dive again before gliding towards him.
"Do what should we do first?"
Hou flapped his wings, trying his best to stay stable next to Mo Huai. As Mo Huai followed Hou with his head, he flicked his hand and his cloud grew.
Then it split and formed a platform Hou could stand on. Hou landed on and retracted his wings,
"So?"
Mo Huai nodded towards the large white cloud they were moving towards,
"First let's go back home, and then I'll teach you about external cultivation. For now just relax, I'll fly us in slowly."
Hou nodded and clambered down, sitting with his feet off the edge of the miasma platform. He saw as the billowing cloud grew bigger and bigger as they approached it.
Then they pierced the first layer, Hou felt nothing, just normal air resistance. Then they hit a second layer and the miasma platform they stood on shook.
Hou almost fell off the platform but Mo Haui pulled him back. Then they went through the second layer and pierced through the concealment.
"And we're back, the Cloud Pavilion!" Mo Huai then snapped his fingers.
As soon as his fingers met and the sound rung out, the whole barrier of clouds around the pavilion shook.
Then it shattered and was pushed outwards, the various pieces turning into normal clouds which then were attracted to the small planet.
He clouds attracted above the Sealed Solar Tomb and formed large cloud storms. Hou then turned back, they reached the floor just outside the Sealed Solar Tomb.
Mo Huai looked up with relief then flicked Hou on the forehead,
"Go back to your space, cultivate there for a while. Get used to your new power. While you're there, you should be able to do the alchemy easily if you wish to try"
Hou nodded and walked into the pavilion again. Mo Huai watched him leave and just stayed outside for a moment, looking at the uncovered Sealed Solar Tomb before walking back in. The pure white marble like cloud and the intricate detailing. It was as if a pavilion made of all sorts of different materials was later transformed into pure clouds.
Hou walked through the pavilion, remembering the exact route he needed to take. Then he was in front of his door, he took a breath then slid the door open.
A large portal in front of him, Hou jumped din while squinting. When he landed on the ground, he opened his eyes.
'I'm back, let's tackle the Lower grade Sun-Cloud healing pill first,'
Hou saw his house. All alone in the green field with a stream running behind it. He walked over the green grass and into the house, going straight to the storage room.
He sat down for moment. He thought back and tried to recall the recipe he needed. He needed to get all the ingredients right to feed the pill the right laws.
'I don't need this anymore but I don't want to be beaten by a weak pill. Ill show my progress, and maybe it will be useful at some point,' Hou thought to himself.
Once he was confident in his recipe, he gathered a brush and paper. He wrote it down and then looked through the storage room for what he needed.
As he did, he got hungry and went into the living room. He opened one of the floorboards and took a couple food pills. He swallowed them but did not absorb them.
He would keep them to slowly possibly absorb, even restricting the Celestial Law Amplifying Physique from absorbing it. This was because he didn't know how long it would take and didn't want to starve at all.
Hou went back to the storage room and gathered all the ingredients. He took them in a basket and carried them into the alchemy room.
The large circular room with a large chimney in the middle. He looked around and chose one alchemy furnace, picking it up and moving it into the centre of the room, from the side.
He laid out his ingredients on the floor and then recalled the procedure. First, he needed to extract pure sun laws. This was hard before and extremely straining since he did not have a Spirit Stone Soul. Now he that and the Celestial Law Amplifying Physique and his quasi-Nascent Soul.
He did not need to worry at all. He used to be a very beginner. But now with all his chances and fortuitous encounters he's become a real proper cultivator.
He gathered the sun laws as required and simply pulled them out of his Spirit Stone Soul. Unlike before there was little pain and no trouble.
He dropped the laws into the furnace then started to use his qi. He had replenished more than enough qi in Lao Zu's qi pool. He manipulate the qi, using it to control the internal happenings only the furnace. The furnace was like another world you needed to make sure the environment was just perfect.
He then started to add the ingredients. Cloud Milkdrops, a type of flowering bud. He took it and looked at the instructions they said to use a fire and so Hou looked around for wood.
He could have used fire laws but the recipe said fire, so it might need the impure fire which includes soot and ash.
He found a pile of sticks on one side and using his qi he formed a tentacle which pulled it over. He took a few stick and formed a pyramid shape. He then ignited it with fire laws from his body.
Then he held the Cloudy Milkdrops in a pan, holding it over the fire until liquid started to seep. Once the liquid started to be rendered out, he took it off the flame and poured them into the furnace.
They reacted with the sun laws inside and formed a sky atmosphere, with a hint of life laws. The kind that would facilitate healing. Hou continued and looked at the next step...
