Chapter 141 - chapter 140

Lao Zu smiled and patted Hou on his back, then he closed his eyes. His bones stretch the skin bursting with tension until it too loosened.

He transformed into a slighter older form, similar to Hou's. He looked very much similar to the teenager form however he had a few scars on his forearms. Hou could see the because he rolled up his robe up past his elbows.

"Let's go back to Mo Huai, I'll see what else you guys have to say. I also have a proposition for you too,"

Lao Zu then grabbed the air to the side of him and pulled inwards. Then the world shook and the door flew from where it used to be to right next to him. It tore through the ground before it healed, the clouds melting and then covering the whole before turning back to marble.

He opened the door up, and walked through. Hou looked at the sight of the floor healing itself before quickly jogging over to the door and going through, closing the door on his way.

He was then back in the meeting room, wood floor, stone walls, small table in the centre. Mo Huai saw Hou walk through and furrowed his brows before going wide eyes and turning his head sideways,

"It seems you've already grown so much,"

Hou laughed and rubbed the back of his head,

"Just a bit, but I did it. I now have the Spirit Stone Soul."

Mo Huai nodded while smiling,

"Never doubted you wouldn't"

Now there were only 3 chairs, one for Mo Huai, one for Huan Die and one for Hou. However, Lao Zu had become a young man now and would need his own seat.

He held onto one chair then pulled backwards. Instead of the chair moving though, an exact replica was made of nothing and he placed it down and sat down.

"Sit down Hou," Lao Zu looked at Hou in the eyes. His golden eyes flashing with authority, making Hou forget about being curious of his technique and sitting down.

Then Lao Zu continued but turned to Mo Huai,

"You have something else?"

"I do, it's sort of a two in one. Hold my hand, I'll show you,"

Mo Huai held out his hand, Lao Zu took it and felt it. He got a sense of Mo Huai's strength, the laws he had accumulated. He looked up,

"You finished your fun in the Sealed Solar Tomb?"

Mo Huai nodded,

"Indeed, I've finished it and now-"

"You want to open it up, and develop your domain? And I also assume you want some of my people to help develop it, teaching the natives and such?"

Mo Huai bowed slightly,

"If you would"

Lao Zu tapped his fingers on the table, rapping them on the hard surface. The room went quiet as he considered, until he stopped and gave his answer,

"Good job, first and foremost. But if you want some of my people, I want your people. Let me send Hou to the Sovereign Sect."

Mo Huai jolted for a second but then he thought for a second,

'Sovereign Sect....Lao Zu's personal sect, only for the talented. Hou definitely is capable but do I want to. It would give him the experience needed,'

Mo Huai carefully slapped his hand on the table,

"I'm fine with it, if Hou is, but only after I teach him a few more things and bring him back to the Sealed Solar Tomb."

Lao Zu threw out his hand,

"Deal."

Mo Huai took it, "deal"

Mo Huai then raised his hand and asked,

"What's the Sovereign Sect? I can only really decide when I know?"

Lao Zu looked at Hou and back at Mo Huai,

"Really got this guy from some backwater mortal parts"

Mo Huai disregarded Lao Zu's comment and answered Hou,

"The Sovereign Sect is a subsidiary sect within the Nine Clouds Sovereign Sect. Each domain has a few different sects and schools. Think of the sword school before. The Sovereign Sect is seen as the best of the best, if you decide to go I'm sure you'll get something out of it...as much as I don't want to say but you probably should go"

Hou bit his lips and started to think to himself. After a few moments, he put his two hands on the table and answered,

"Since master said it would be good. I'd like to but I have one condition for you Lao Zu,"

Lao Zu smiled and leaned forward,

"I'm listening..."

"Let me bring one person with me" Hou was thinking about Hamar and his talent at mana. If he could become a cultivator too, and fins out about what mana is, he might become as strong as he.

Lao Zu's smile widened,

"Interesting, very interesting. Sure, let's do it. I won't give preferential treatment though, both of you will be given new identities as small young masters of cultivator families with surprising talent. If they can't live up the the expectations, they will leave"

Hou nodded,

"I'm sure they won't disappoint you"

Mo Huai turned to Lao Zu,

"We'll be leaving then, I hope you send some people quickly. The Sealed Solar Tomb is very large, I'll need many people or some experienced experts."

"I know, I'll sort it out"

Huan Die interrupted,

"I'll send you back then, just got brought that door,"

Once again she pointed behind Mo Huai and a door appeared without anybody noticing when it happened. Just one moment it wasn't and the other it was.

Mo Huai wasn't surprised and stood up,

"Thank you Huan Die, Lao Zu. We'll see you again"

Mo Huai turned the door handle and walked through, stepping in and falling down. Hou quickly pushed out of his chair and ran to the door,

"I guess, bye too, see you later!"

Huan Die added one thing,

"Just prepare to use your wings straight away"

Hou nodded and closed his eyes before walking through. He looked at his flight and sun laws. He thought of his impressions of each law, using the Free Lark Technique with the new expressions.

His body started to glow and then he stepped through, pulling the door shut on the way.
