Alex maintained pace with Phil and the rest as they chased after Mia's back, they crossed several kilometres with each passing minute.
After almost seven minutes of running, Alex's senses could finally detect the aura of a battle raging hundreds of kilometres away. It couldn't really be considered a battle since Alex only felt a single powerful aura and it belonged to an Expert rank mage.
After they crossed a few more kilometres, Mia finally sensed this aura, and her speed immediately increased, creating more distance between herself and the rest.
"For the leader to be this worried, Selena and the others must be in danger." Joan sighed. She was also worried about Simon and the others but felt more helpless because Mia was running at a slow speed because of them.
"She can go ahead first, we'll be right behind." Another person voiced out.
