Hyuga Gakuya sensed the overwhelming surge of power, and for the first time, a grave expression crossed his face.
Might Guy's figure blurred—a flash of red lightning streaking toward the sky, aiming for the devastating jutsu that continued to consume the lives of his comrades.
But there was no way Gakuya would let him succeed. In an instant, he entered the Tenseigan Chakra Mode and blocked Guy's path.
All nine Truth-Seeking Orbs ignited into motion, transforming into an unbreakable spherical barrier that formed a wall in front of Might Guy.
With a fierce roar, Guy poured every ounce of his strength into his limbs and smashed his fists into the orb barrier with all his might.

The impact shook the air itself, the surrounding space trembling under the force. But the Truth-Seeking Orb barrier only cracked slightly.
Gakuya sneered. "Is that all you've got?"
Guy didn't respond. His eyes only grew more resolute as he launched an even fiercer assault.
At that moment, Kakashi appeared behind Gakuya, his Lightning Blade crackling with blinding intensity.
"You're not stopping Guy!"
Gakuya had no choice but to divert some of his attention to block Kakashi's sudden strike, and in that instant, Guy used the opening to step through the air, bypassing Gakuya.
His form vanished and reappeared in front of the gravitational sphere's core, which was radiating an overwhelming pull.
"Evening Elephant: First Step!"
A colossal shockwave burst forth from Guy's fist, so powerful that it cracked the gravity core's surface on impact.
Tendo Pain's face changed dramatically as he tried to reinforce the sphere's pull.
Everyone's gaze locked onto Might Guy.
"Guy, you have to do it!"
Under the force of his relentless assault, the gravity sphere's core finally buckled and shattered with a thunderous explosion.
The shockwave ripped across the battlefield, forcing Gakuya and Tendo Pain back.
The Allied Shinobi Forces erupted into cheers.
But before they could fully celebrate, Gakuya had Kakashi by the throat.
"You thought this was over? Give up. None of you can stop me."
Kakashi struggled to breathe.
"Gakuya... let it go. Your ambition will never succeed. Even if you kill us all, there will always be others who stand against you."
"Is that so? Too bad... you won't be around to see it."
With that, Gakuya drove his hand through Kakashi's chest. When he released him, Kakashi's body plummeted toward the ground, lifeless.
Tsunade's eyes widened in horror.
"KAKASHI!" she cried out, grief-stricken.
"Still don't get it? You're incapable of protecting anything," Gakuya declared as he floated in midair, his entire body shrouded in golden chakra. The morning sun rose behind him, as though merging with his divine figure.
At that moment, Gakuya looked like a god descended to earth.
Seeing his dearest friend fall, Might Guy erupted in rage. His life force ablaze, he unleashed a surge of power even stronger than before.
"You'll pay for Kakashi's life!" he roared.
He launched another devastating punch.
"Evening Elephant: Second Step!"
Gakuya remained calm and composed, even as the attack hurtled toward him. The Truth-Seeking Orbs whirled into a silver tempest and collided with the compressed air cannon.
Guy's assault pushed into the storm, managing to pierce halfway through before it was obliterated by Gakuya's relentless counter-force.
Seeing this, Tsunade grew anxious and tried to rush to Guy's side, but the revived Six Paths of Pain blocked her path.
"Don't even think about it," Tendo Pain said coldly.
Tsunade's glare burned with fury as she gathered monstrous strength into her fists and clashed head-on with Pain in a violent brawl.
"Evening Elephant: Third Step."
Guy locked onto an opening in Gakuya's defense and hurled another punch. This strike was faster, fiercer, cutting through everything in its path as it closed in on Gakuya.
Gakuya felt the air around him thicken, restraining his movements.
"You think I want to run? I never planned to."
Gakuya had already foreseen this moment. His Tenseigan had pierced through the future. The golden chakra swirling around his fists boiled like molten lava, shattering the restraints that bound him.
In the original canon, this technique was strong enough to suppress even Ten-Tails Madara. Yet Gakuya shattered it through sheer force alone.
"Eighty Gods Vacuum Attack!"
Gakuya unleashed a barrage of golden fist shadows, clashing directly with Guy's Third Step. The collision unleashed an energy shockwave so catastrophic it threatened to tear the very fabric of space.
The Allied Shinobi were blown backward by the force. Weaker ninja were knocked unconscious instantly.
Guy gritted his teeth, red steam pouring from his body. His will remained unshaken.
"Evening Elephant: Fourth Step!"
This time, Gakuya couldn't dodge. The air cannon tore through the golden fists and slammed into him.
Gakuya's body was sent flying and crashed hard into the earth. Blood burst from his mouth.
"One more! Evening Elephant: Fifth Step!"
Before Gakuya could recover, Guy charged again. Gakuya hastily transformed all of his Truth-Seeking Orbs into a circular shield and unleashed repulsive force to block the attack.
But Guy was too fast, too strong.
The defense hadn't fully formed—Guy's attack shattered the orbs with brute force.
Gakuya couldn't use Kamui now. If he did, it would reveal that Obito was already dead. He had no choice but to take the blow head-on.
Boom!
The punch connected cleanly, driving Gakuya deep into the ground as a massive crater formed, dust and debris filling the air.
"It's over, Hyuga Gakuya!" Guy gasped, supporting his right arm with his left. The punch had fractured his arm in dozens of places.
But just when everyone thought Gakuya had finally been defeated, laughter echoed from the crater.
As the dust cleared, Gakuya staggered to his feet, laughing madly.
"Hahaha! Incredible! I haven't been hurt like that in a long time!"
His eyes gleamed—one blood-red Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan and one golden Tenseigan, orbiting each other like twin stars.
His wounds began to heal at a visible rate. His chakra surged again. Even his tattered clothing reformed.
Gakuya had used his Mangekyō ability to manipulate time around his own body, reverting it to before he was injured.
"In the face of these eyes, all your attacks are meaningless!"
The sheer force of his presence made the surrounding shinobi gasp for air.
Guy's eyes blazed with defiance. Though his body was wrecked, his will never wavered.
"Even if it's pointless... I'll fight until my last breath!"
Gakuya laughed louder.
"Good. Let me witness your ultimate move. Don't let me down!"
