"You want proof?" Cail said. "Then we'd be talking here the entire day. If that's the case, I'd better leave. I'm not a formal member of the organization but an outside force. I'll just tell your head that you drove me out." Then he made a motion as if he were about to leave the room.
"Stop." The leader frowned. "I'll lead you underground." Then, with a fierce look, he glared at Cail. "If you dare mess around, don't even think you can come back to the surface alive."
Cail shrugged his shoulders. He thought the man would contact his superiors, but for some reason, he didn't.
The leader and the henchman melted underground. Cail stood on the tile where they had stood. He could feel a fluctuation of void energy coming from the spot. The moment he poured his void energy onto it, just like the previous two, he melted underground.
