Shin's mind was filled with the sounds of early morning birds, the morning breeze streaming through the windows, and a slight turn to his left, which caused him to crash to the floor from his bed.
"Is this some kind of way to wake up nowadays?" He asked himself as he picked himself up and walked to the bathroom, where he stood in front of the enormous mirror and looked at himself, stretching his muscles and wondering if he should probably work extra hard than anyone else to burn a lot of fat.'
The warm water was nice and warm; it helped relax his muscles. Lights illuminated the bathroom, and the mirror reflected his body.
As he sponged his body, the thought ran through his head about how he'd lost to Katsuki Bakugo. The difference between them was huge and vast. Not only did he have to catch up to Bakugo, but also his rival, Todoroki.
"This is crazy!"
He watched the replay of the battle royale between the other teams, seeing how Todoroki was able to freeze the whole structure. It was really crazy. I mean, he'd just freeze Shin's string.
Bakugo, on the other hand, was probably great at close combat, and he'd just blast off any string sent his way. The difference between them was wide—and also Izuku, who had a strength-type quirk.
All this had flown into Shin's head, realizing there wasn't much time left to slack off from training since he wanted to be the strongest in the class.
*'I have to call Uncle Doffy! I have to get stronger!'*
His mind concluded, his heart burning with rage to become stronger than everyone in his class. The shower battered him with warm water, washing away the soap on his body.
He looked in the mirror, envisioning himself as a different man in the next few years, before sliding the door open. He changed into a black pair of jeans and made his way downstairs to see his family.
The fresh aroma of yakisoba filled the atmosphere throughout the house, coming from the kitchen. "Mom never fails."
Getting to the living room, he sat on the closest couch near him and turned on the huge, wide television to watch some entertainment shows while waiting for his breakfast.
Rika saw her big brother on the couch watching TV as she walked slowly to approach him.
"Hm? Rika? How are you doing?" Shin grabbed her hands, lifting her off the ground and placing her on his lap.
She giggled happily, as she always did whenever her big brother embraced her.
"One more year and you'll manifest your quirk, Rika!" Shin played with her tiny hands.
"Do you think she'll manifest my quirk or your mother's quirk—or both?"
"Dad? You startled me!"
"So, what do you think?"
"Who knows? She might manifest Mom's quirk."
"That's great! Just one more year and she'll get her quirk! Looking forward to that!"
"Same here, Dad!"
Rika wriggled her way onto Shin's neck—her favorite spot.
"Food is ready!" Sakura exclaimed from the kitchen.
"Coming!"
Shin and his dad stood from the couch and walked to the dining room. Taking their usual seats, Sakura served them their food, and they ate eagerly.
Afterward, Shin helped her wash the dishes and then went to the balcony to call his uncle. The phone rang twice before connecting.
"Good day, Uncle Doffy," Shin muttered.
"Shin, huh? State your business."
*'Why do I feel like I'm hearing someone else screaming in the background? Well, whatever.'* He thought to himself, unnerved by his uncle's intimidating laugh.
"I want to get stronger," he said, keeping it short.
"Stronger? You aren't having a good time at U.A.?"
"Nah, just that… I've got some strong rivals in my class to beat before I can become the strongest in Class 1-A."
"How strong are they?"
"We had a test the other day, and we were grouped in pairs—villains and heroes."
"Villains and heroes, huh? Were you on the villain team?"
"Nah. I was placed on the hero team. My opponent's name is Bakugo, and he's got an explosion quirk. My quirk was useless against him because he maneuvers so much, and he's really skilled with his quirk."
"And?"
"Then there's Todoroki—the son of the number two hero, Endeavor. He's got both fire and ice quirks."
"Endeavor's son? U.A. is interesting."
"What do you mean by that?"
"Nothing much. You'll see for yourself when the time comes."
"Alright. So, what should I do about my quirk if I want to be strong, just like you and Dad?"
"The path isn't easy. You need to push yourself past your limit every single day."
"Just that?"
"Yeah." Doflamingo laughed loudly from the other end of the call. "Keep training consistently, and whenever you come here next, I'll give you the final lesson."
"Really? Then I'll start training right away."
"Good. Whenever you need advice about your quirk, call me."
"Sur—" Before Shin could finish, Doflamingo hung up, causing a vein to bulge on his forehead.
'He is really strange… villainous laugh.' He chuckled to himself, slipping his smartphone back into his pocket.

[ALL MIGHT POV]
'I've become slower lately.' He leaped from one building to another, dressed in his hero costume. *'After transferring my powers to young Midoriya, I've become way slower than before.'* He thought to himself.
"Ahrhhhh!"
A woman's scream pierced the air from the streets below. He immediately turned toward the source of the sound.
"Don't come closer, or I'll kill her!" the villain threatened, using the woman as a human shield while attempting to flee.
"Fear not, madam! Why? Because… I am here!" All Might's voice boomed across the area as he delivered his signature line. He crashed down from above, the impact cracking the pavement beneath him.
"All Might? Don't take another step, or I'll kill her!" the villain shrieked.
All Might rose, smoke dissipating around his towering form. "I'll save you now, madam!" He lunged forward with formidable speed, generating a powerful gust of wind.
"Missouri Smash!"
His fist connected with the villain, sending the assailant flying through multiple buildings. "You're safe now, madam."
"Thank yo—"
Before she could finish, another burst of wind erupted as All Might charged after the defeated villain. The once-giant villain, now collapsed amidst rubble, had shrunk to normal human size.
"Huh?" All Might blinked in momentary confusion at the sight of the unconscious, naked man. He hoisted him up, summoned nearby police, and handed the villain over.
'I've got to go. Not much time left.' All Might bounded upward, leaping across rooftops as he felt his power waning. At any moment, he would deflate into his true form.
"I need to find somewhere—fast!" He descended to street level and dashed at top speed, scanning for an abandoned building or secluded spot to hide his transformation.
If anyone other than Principal Nezu, his closest allies, or his successor saw him revert to a gaunt, skeletal man, it would trigger global panic.
With a massive burst of steam, his muscular frame withered into his emaciated true form. His hero costume now hung loosely on his frail body, making him appear utterly unlike the Symbol of Peace. But at least now, he could walk unnoticed.
"I should call young Midoriya."
He fished his smartphone from his oversized back pocket and dialed his successor.
Two rings later, the call connected.
"All Might?"
"Keep your voice down, young Midoriya. I'm in my true form right now—can't risk being overheard."
"O-oh! S-sorry!"
"Meet me at McDonald's. Immediately."
"O-okay!" Midoriya ended the call, hastily throwing on an All Might sweatshirt and jean shorts. "Mom! I'll be back soon!"
"Alright, be careful!"
Midoriya bolted out, racing toward the McDonald's where Yagi Toshinori—not All Might—waited.
Upon arrival, the automatic glass doors slid open. Midoriya's eyes darted around until he spotted Yagi seated near the far window.
"You got here way faster than I had expected.," Yagi says. 'Why does his outfit always have an All Might merch? Kind of weird.' He thought to himself.
"Now that I'm here, let's order." Midoriya flagged down a waiter and requested a two-person meal.
Their food arrived swiftly.
"Thank you, sir!" Midoriya said politely, though he sensed this wasn't just about donuts. His mentor clearly had something urgent to discuss…
