Even before she got a verbal reply, Catarina's eager expression told Genevieve all she needed to know. That her request was as good as granted. Smirking, she leaned back slightly, satisfied with how easily she had played the doctor to her side by using 'will' instead of 'may'when referring to herself as her future mother-in-law.
"I will," Catarina finally said. "Not because you just assured me we'll be the best of friends and that you'll always have my back once I marry Adrian, but because I think I know who you're calling and why."
