Chapter 39 - Three Punches…

Lounging on his chair, Heisenberg casually opened his eyes and glanced toward Manhattan.

That flash of light in the sky—Iron Man must've shown up, right?

He enhanced his hearing, locking onto Iron Man's voice.

Chatting with Cap first, huh?

True love, indeed.

Is a nephew falling for his uncle considered orthopedic? Is it?

As for Cap, still fighting?

Yeah, he could fight for an entire day.

Iron Man mentioned the Hulk appeared. Let's listen.

Heisenberg focused his hearing near the Triskelion and soon heard…

A woman's pained groan!

"Damn it!"

Heisenberg instantly stood up. Jessica was getting beaten by the… Hulk!

By the way, it's none of your business, Iron Man, you flashy jerk, to play hero and save my bed buddy!!!

...

At the S.H.I.E.L.D. Academy plaza, near the library's damaged wall.

As the Hulk's fist loomed close, Jessica's pupils finally reflected the person she'd been waiting for.

Heisenberg delivered a powerful punch, sending the Hulk flying out of the Academy, crashing through countless buildings until he landed near Hell's Kitchen.

Heisenberg didn't stop; he instantly chased after the flying Hulk.

Following the Hulk's path of destruction, Heisenberg tore through skyscrapers.

When the Hulk first hit the ground, he bounced uncontrollably.

Before he could land again, Heisenberg flew beside him and punched him squarely in the chest!

Boom!!!

The shockwave shattered every window within a 300-meter radius.

Over a hundred people fainted, and thousands suffered ruptured eardrums, bleeding profusely.

And that was just the aftermath of the punch!

The Hulk, hit directly, had no time to react. In an instant, he flew backward at over fifty times the speed of sound.

The massive green figure soared nearly twenty kilometers before hitting the ground again.

For the first time, the Hulk felt such intense pain, instilling an instinctive fear of Heisenberg. But even in fear, the Hulk knew what to do.

Though not intelligent, with a child's mindset, his instincts told him to stop Heisenberg's relentless attacks.

He needed a foothold. If he could stand, he could defend!

Gritting his teeth, he extended his hands, green blood dripping.

He desperately grabbed the ground, but it was like tofu, offering no resistance.

After leaving two kilometers of claw marks, the Hulk's speed finally slowed.

But Heisenberg was still coming.

"Tough guy, huh? Take this kick!"

Seeing the Hulk still resisting, Heisenberg unleashed his full power, even using his force field.

The kick, from below, slammed into the Hulk's face.

The shockwave exploded like a fuel-air bomb. Fortunately, they were in the suburbs; otherwise, countless innocents would've died.

The Hulk, after the kick, was sent flying into the sky.

With no resistance, nothing slowed him.

He shot upward, breaking through the atmosphere, and crashed into the Moon.

Yes, Heisenberg's kick sent him from Earth to the Moon!!!

The Hulk was overwhelmed by pain and dizziness, his fear of Heisenberg growing. He didn't even want to open his eyes.

But he couldn't rest—Heisenberg was still there!

In the Moon's 700-meter-wide crater, Heisenberg grabbed the Hulk's massive finger.

The Hulk weakly punched him, hitting Heisenberg's chest, but Heisenberg didn't budge.

He withstood the weak punch and hurled the Hulk back toward Earth.

As the Hulk flew, Heisenberg charged after him, reaching speeds of tens of thousands of Mach.

His punch at that speed obliterated space debris and…

The Hulk, like a meteor, crashed back to Earth, powerless.

Heisenberg saw the Hulk close his eyes in fear.

Heisenberg smirked, aimed at Earth and the Hulk, and muttered,

"Not bad, pretty accurate. He should land in the desert as planned."

He followed the Hulk, watching him crash into the Sahara Desert like a meteor.

The impact created a crater visible from satellites, comparable to a meteor strike.

In the crater lay not the Hulk, but Bruce Banner, unconscious.

Heisenberg, still in his pajamas, stood casually beside him, muttering,

"In Avengers 3, the Hulk took fourteen punches from Thanos before being knocked out."

Though he had the advantage of surprise and location, knocking out the Hulk in three punches was a feat worthy of Thanos.

Of course, defeating the Hulk so easily was because this was the movie universe's Hulk.

Heisenberg looked at Banner with regret.

"Too bad you're not the Green Scar Hulk, not the four-armed Hulk, not the Gray Hulk. You're just a child-like giant, easily swayed by mortal thoughts…"

Then, Heisenberg remembered something and laughed.

"At least I finally destroyed your big pants, haha!"

During the Hulk's fall, his pants had turned to ashes.

Destroying the Hulk's pants—that was Heisenberg's greatest achievement!

Heisenberg laughed for a while, then looked up. Satellites were pointed at him.

He raised his middle finger at the sky.

"After this display, no one will dare mess with me for a while. You couldn't handle the Hulk; how can you handle me, who knocked him out in three punches?"

He grabbed Banner's wrist, dragging him back to New York, and tossed him onto the chair.

Heisenberg lounged on another chair, dug out his phone, and called Bullseye.

After a moment, the call connected. Before Bullseye could speak, Heisenberg ordered,

"I know your ass hurts, but bear it. Take all our people to the area between Manhattan and Hell's Kitchen.

I just beat the Hulk, and many buildings and citizens were hurt. The NYPD is busy maintaining order, and injured citizens can't get proper care.

Take our people to help, save everyone you can.

You know the purpose!"

"Of course, Boss. I'll promote you well. Don't worry!"

Bullseye accepted, despite his pain. It was a small price to solidify his position.

Heisenberg hung up, closed his eyes, and fell asleep.

...

The war didn't end with the Hulk's defeat. Without the Hulk's destruction, Hydra's advance became harder.

Most S.H.I.E.L.D. agents in New York were dead, but the survivors were elites, unstoppable.

Hawkeye had already wiped out Hydra in the Purple Man's apartment, though John Garrett had left early, preventing Hawkeye from killing who he thought was Hydra's leader.

Coulson, Iron Patriot, and Cap returned to the Triskelion to assist before Barton finished.

The remaining S.H.I.E.L.D. agents fought desperately.

Cap's arrival ignited their spirits.

Even Hydra's cohesive agents lost morale with Cap's return.

One shield, one man, seven hours.

By sunrise, Cap's influence and combat ended the battle at the Triskelion, involving over 9,000 agents.

Over 2,000 Hydra agents surrendered, but victory brought no joy to those who lost thousands of comrades.

In this somber atmosphere, Alexander Pierce and his inner circle secretly boarded a plane in New York's outskirts.
