Aveline
I was chilling in my sleep, totally at peace, when my eyes shot open from the sound of huffing. Wait—what? It wasn't Ruby. It was... licking me?! I looked down to find a cute little husky, not little, actually a medium-sized one, with grey and white fur, sharp blue eyes, and alert as hell. And Ruby, of course, standing right there.
His name is "Leon," but honestly, who cares? I don't even know what breed he is, but he's cute, so that's what matters, right? I mean, he's not much bigger than a puppy, and yet he's somehow already my protector.
"Hey, stop licking me, Leon!" I giggled, but Leon seemed as happy as could be.
"He's not the type to get along so quickly, but he's with you like he already knows who you are," Ruby said, a little surprised. I couldn't help but smile while playing with Leon.
"He's a cute boy, Ruby. Not like you. Cold and heartless," I teased.
Ruby grabbed me by my waist, and I was totally shocked. Leon, on the other hand, was staring at Ruby, all protective, like he'd shoot her without thinking if something happened to me. "Leon, the hell? Aren't you my boy?"
Ruby just muttered something under her breath, and Leon pushed her aside to give me space. I couldn't help but giggle at the drama.
Between these two beasts, I mean Leon's cute but dangerous, and here I am, in the arms of a beast who could burn the world without blinking.
It was afternoon now, and I was still playing with Leon when Ruby got a call from my sister. Turns out she was going abroad again and didn't know when she'd be back. I was sad, but Leon cheered me up.
"Hey, Ruby?" I asked softly.
"Yeah?" She was sitting right next to me, still glued to her laptop.
"I want to stay with you tonight, please?" I said, my voice a little shy.
"Want to stay with me? Or with that little traitor?" Ruby teased.
"With him." I laughed, but deep down I knew Leon would be my protector. Ruby sighed and nodded, her attention still on her work.
Bored out of my mind, I wandered around the villa. Thank God the butler was with me, showing me around. He led me to the library, but honestly, it felt more like a damn museum.
I spotted a book I wanted to read, but it was way too high up on the shelf. Just then, I felt Ruby behind me. She casually held my waist with one hand, effortlessly grabbed the book with the other, and handed it to me.
"Wow, you're really tall, Ruby," I said, totally impressed.
"Of course I am," Ruby mumbled, breathing into my neck and kissing it. I blushed, feeling the heat rush to my face. "Your hand—you aren't taking care of it?"
"Yeah, the fight with Kai was only three days ago, but you're still not taking care of yourself. Why the hell am I worried about you?" I sighed, scolding her gently.
Ruby didn't react the way I thought she would. She just stared at me, eyes full of meaning. She wasn't reacting like a mafia boss with an ego. No, she seemed... different.
Out of nowhere, she pulled me toward her, and my book fell to the floor. She whispered, "Fuck, Aveline, you're hot when you lose control."
"What?!" I gasped.
Ruby shoved me onto the table, now towering over me with that intense, dark look in her eyes.
She took off her coat, and bam, there she was in full hot mode. Damn, she was too much to handle. My body couldn't keep up. I grabbed her collar, pulled her in, and our lips met. She held me in an impossibly possessive way, and I couldn't help but gasp, giving into the passion.
Ruby was now all over me, opening my legs with one hand on my thigh, the other on my waist. My knees buckled, but I held onto her tightly as she kissed me, her tongue claiming mine like she was memorizing every part of me.
"If you want me to stop, Aveline, just tell me," Ruby murmured against my lips.
I couldn't even respond. I just nodded. She took that as a cue and kept doing her thing. My body was overwhelmed with pleasure I'd never felt before. I was greedy for more.
"Ah, Ruby, it hurts!" I gasped, feeling way too much.
She didn't stop. She carried me in bridal style, never breaking the kiss, and we went to her room. She slammed the door shut, and without missing a beat, she put me on the bed. She was on top of me.
My mind just stopped working as she kissed my ankle, foot, and slowly worked her way up my legs. I clung to the bedsheet, my body trembling as she took control.
"Ruby," I whispered, trying to keep it together. But she wasn't stopping.
At dinner, I felt sore from everything that happened. Ruby, as usual, took charge of my health. She had to.
"I can barely walk, Ruby. I'm sore as hell, and I have to go to university tomorrow. How am I supposed to get there?" I said, frustrated.
Ruby winked. "I'll help you if you want."
I rolled my eyes. "No thanks, but I still need your help."
