"What's the update on Lexi?" Ryan asked as he stared outside his penthouse, his glasses sat pretty on his nose. It was midnight and he was reviewing all his files when he suddenly remembered that his wife wasn't dead yet. He needed to win the hearts of the people in order to open his fake organization aimed to help people with cancer.
He had all the papers drawn up, all the bank accounts set up and even numerous pictures of people with cancer, and if that wasn't enough he had actors who would pretend to be sick with cancer.
Marco was in the office with him, he locked his arms behind his back barely blinking, the only source of light that shined in the penthouse was the city lights.
"She is still at the hospital, bedridden but she will have her surgery soon." Marco replied, after a moment of silence, in his defence Ryan lit up a cigar and took it in. Ryan always said he liked taking in the first whiff of the cigar without any interruptions.
