First day back to school.
Jasper was feeling down. She had just left… and yet everyone was acting all happy and cheerful?How could they smile like that? Jasper was pissed. People shouldn't be like this. But what could he even do?
People just… forget too easily.
Sitting in his seat, Jasper stared out the window. After a moment, Gwen Stacy turned to him and asked,"What's wrong? Why the long face on the first day of school?"
Hearing her voice, Jasper looked at Gwen and answered sadly,"She left… and I couldn't stop her. I feel terrible."
Gwen stared at Jasper.So… he broke up with Annie?He really did love her, huh?
Everyone knew Jasper and Annie were a couple.But it looked like they were done now.
He probably needed comfort more than anything.
Gwen gave Jasper a gentle hug and said,"You'll meet someone even better."
Jasper: "…"
She patted him on the shoulder and added,"Don't be sad. What's gone is gone. We should look forward."
Jasper: "…"
Wait… Jasper was confused. Was Gwen saying he got dumped?But… he hadn't gotten dumped at all!
While Jasper was still puzzled and Gwen kept trying to comfort him, Peter Parker finally spoke up.
"Jasper's just bummed about vacation being over. He spent all day yesterday whining about how he wasted it. So yeah, Gwen… total misunderstanding."
Gwen finally realized.Ohh—he was upset because the holiday ended.I mean, sure, the end of vacation kinda sucks…But does he really have to act this dramatic?
She patted Jasper again and said seriously,"Vacation's over. Time to face reality."
Jasper: "…"
First class of the new semester: the teacher checked homework.
Jasper passed with flying colors—thanks to Peter Parker, who did it for him.
The teacher was super pleased with his work.
The class ended soon after.
Jasper glanced out the window. Annie didn't have training today…but it still felt like something was missing.
Just then, Peter Parker and the others walked up to him.
"What's up?" Jasper looked at the group.What's with the whole squad showing up like this?
Peter looked at Jasper and asked seriously,"You coming to the party this afternoon?"
Jasper glanced at all of them and replied,"Well, since it's you guys asking, I guess I'll go."
Right as he said that, Michelle Jones rubbed her chin and said,"Who's this emo prince?"
Jasper stood up, looking out the window."To our dearly departed vacation… let's throw a party!"

Peter Parker, Jasper, and Ned were stopped by a group of guys from their class.
Leading them was a handsome dude who said,"We're throwing a party. I heard you guys are too.So… how about we just throw one big one together?"
This handsome guy had watched Mary Jane and Gwen Stacy get scooped up by Jasper and his friends—And he definitely didn't like that.He was planning to hit on Gwen himself!
Jasper looked at Peter and Ned.He wasn't a big fan of partying with strangers.But if Peter was cool with it, then whatever.
"Sure," Peter nodded.
Ned and Jasper nodded too. If Peter was down, then they were in.
"Hey, did you hear? Jasper's going to the party!"
"For real?! I'm wearing my hottest outfit."
"Let's see who shows more skin!"
"Wait—why are you all going crazy just because Jasper is coming?"
"Mmhmhm~ You must not know… Jasper's face crushes every guy in school.Just looking at him gets me fantasizing about… all kinds of sexy stuff.I swear, he's the kind of guy who could make a girl go into heat on the spot.I'm totally gonna sleep with him!!!
Already got the drugs ready!"
"WTF! Mind if I join?"
"Can a teacher come too?" a female teacher chimed in.
"Uh… what the hell, even the teacher?!"
Gwen Stacy stared at the filthy messages flying through the girls' group chat,in total disbelief that girls were saying this stuff.
Meanwhile, Jasper felt like he was being hunted by a pack of wolves.
Since it was a party, Jasper dressed up in a black suit—looking sharp.But he still felt like he, Peter, and Ned looked like total losers.
I mean… they were all single, and honestly, kind of gave off dork energy.At least that's how Jasper saw it.
By the time the three of them arrived, the party was already pretty packed.
Jasper noticed all the girls were dressed beautifully and acting super elegant.Wait… were these really his classmates?They looked more like a bunch of socialites!
"Yo~ Look who showed up. I didn't think you'd come.You don't really seem like you belong here."The handsome guy from earlier smirked at Jasper, clearly mocking him.
Jasper glanced at him and replied,"I hate dogs that bark non-stop."
The guy's face darkened, and he leaned in to growl,"If there weren't so many people here, I'd shove your head up your own ass."
"You eat poop for breakfast? You stink," Jasper said, stepping away.
The guy stormed off.
Then, a swarm of girls closed in around Jasper, each one offering him a drink.
Since it was a party, he had a few.
The moment he started drinking, the girls began leading him somewhere more private.
As soon as the drugs kicked in, they planned to get it on with Jasper.
So exciting!
Soon, Jasper started feeling… weird.He suddenly had this overwhelming urge to be close to the girls—kiss them, hug them.
That's when Gwen Stacy appeared, her face thunderous.She grabbed Jasper and stormed out with him.She couldn't believe they actually went through with it.She thought it was all just some stupid joke!
But no—those girls actually tried it.
Gwen dragged Jasper away, and no one dared to stop her.Her vibe was just too intense.
A few minutes later.
Jasper stopped. He felt so strange.
He wanted to kiss the girl in front of him.What was going on?!
He'd never felt this way before.
"What is it?" Gwen turned around—And Jasper kissed her. Full on the lips.His hands started wandering too.
Gwen froze, then pushed him away with all her strength.
"Don't… don't do this," she said, her voice shaky.
She was practically begging him.
What had he done?He just hurt Gwen Stacy…
She was his friend.
Gwen turned her back and whispered,"We can't do this."
After a moment of silence, she looked back…
And saw that Jasper was gone.
Where'd he go?
Gwen started to worry.Would he do something crazy in this state?
Then her phone buzzed with a message from Jasper:
"Sorry. I went home."
Time passed.
Jasper stood in the shower, letting the cold water hit him.
In the corner of the bathroom, Shadow Spider appeared and said,"I know what you want to do…So go ahead. Do anything you want to me.
Whatever you're thinking… I'm thinking it too."
Shadow Spider stepped closer and whispered,
"No matter what you want, Master…I'll make it happen."
