Chapter 28 - **Chapter 28: Hunting Ghosts**

**Chapter 28: Hunting Ghosts**

In a red Chevrolet sedan, Billy looked at his female companion in the driver's seat with some surprise.

This was a new girl he had picked up at a nightclub, originally planning to take her home for a wild night.

He didn't expect this girl to proactively suggest showing him something exciting.

What man could refuse excitement? Billy immediately followed the girl into the car, but as the car drove towards increasingly remote areas, Billy couldn't help but ask.

The Red-haired Woman turned her face and licked her lips at Billy. With one hand on the steering wheel, the other reached towards Billy's crotch.

"What is this? It seems a bit disobedient!"

At this moment, Billy felt all the blood in his body rush to his head.

Where they were going, what danger there was, Billy completely disregarded it.

"This is a temperature sensor. Touch it, and it will change when it senses heat."

The rest of the way was silent...

"Slaughterhouse?"

Billy got out from the passenger side, adjusted his pants, and looked at the Slaughterhouse before him with some surprise.

This was the fun, exciting place? "Are you kidding me?"

The Red-haired Woman got out from the driver's seat, and Billy felt a bit depressed.

"This Slaughterhouse is just a cover. There's a fun place inside, come with me!"

The Red-haired Woman grabbed Billy's arm and walked towards the interior of the Slaughterhouse.

Billy followed the Red-haired Woman, wandering around inside the Slaughterhouse, and soon arrived at a Cold Storage Facility.

Inside the cold storage were rows and rows of meat racks, with slabs of slaughtered pork hanging from them.

The dense rows of pork made Billy whistle involuntarily.

"Cool!"

He completely failed to notice that the scattered workers in the facility looked at him with eyes full of greed.

A Bearded Man looked at him and couldn't help but swallow.

The Red-haired Woman led Billy to the deepest part of the cold storage, in front of a silver door.

A Bearded Man wearing a leather jacket stood guard at the entrance. Seeing the two walk over...

"*$%*..." The Bearded Man questioned the Red-haired Woman.

The Red-haired Woman pointed at Billy and explained, "*^%..."

Billy couldn't understand their conversation at all. He asked curiously, "What are you two talking about?"

"Nothing?" At this moment, the Red-haired Woman's gaze towards Billy was no longer concealed; it was naked, like someone looking at a chicken, duck, or goose about to be served.

Billy was startled by the Red-haired Woman's gaze. He was just about to speak.

At this moment, the Bearded Man had already cleared the way. Behind him, the silver door slowly opened outwards.

"Come with me!"

The Red-haired Woman pulled Billy's hand and dragged him towards the door.

Just as they stepped through the door, piercing heavy metal music echoed in their ears.

Hearing the familiar music, Billy finally relaxed.

This really was a venue.

The flickering ambient lighting overhead, the swaying crowd on the Dance Floor.

The DJ was adjusting the music on stage.

The Red-haired Woman pushed Billy into the crowd, while she herself swayed her hips and danced into the throng.

"Hey!"

Billy's body swayed with the music. He saw a Silver-haired Beauty in the crowd and couldn't help but move closer to say hello.

Bang! The Silver-haired Beauty looked at Billy crowding in front of her, reached out, and gave Billy's chest a hard shove.

The immense force sent Billy stumbling directly into the back of a Black Strong Man.

Bang! The Black Strong Man turned his head, looked at Billy with indifferent eyes, like seeing a cat or dog, and casually pushed him aside again.

Billy stumbled through the crowd. After finally regaining his balance, he scanned his surroundings and found that everyone on the Dance Floor was looking at him strangely.

"I'll just go get a drink at the Bar Counter!"

Billy couldn't find any trace of the Red-haired Woman who had brought him here. He couldn't help but console himself.

Just then, he suddenly felt something dripping onto his hand.

Billy spread out the back of his hand. Under the flickering ambient lighting, Billy saw a drop of blood on the back of his hand.

Billy looked up in surprise. In his terrified gaze, countless streams of blood sprayed down like rain from what was originally the fire sprinklers.

"Ahhh..."

The countless streams of blood drenched Billy, turning him into a man covered in blood. He wiped the blood from his face and saw in horror that everyone around him had gone mad, tilting their heads back and gulping down the blood falling from above.

Billy was driven mad by this terrifying scene. He let out unconscious screams and stumbled towards the exit.

Bang! He suddenly bumped into a figure. When he looked up, standing before him was the girl he had picked up.

"Wh-what is this place?"

Billy asked tremblingly.

The Red-haired Woman didn't speak, she just opened her mouth. On either side of her lips, two sharp fangs slowly emerged. "Ah!"

Billy was so scared by the Red-haired Woman's ferocious appearance that he fell directly onto the ground. He looked up and around, and the entire Dance Floor was densely packed with monsters with fangs.

"Gulp!"

A vampire closest to Billy stared intently at Billy's neck, couldn't help but swallow, and then directly lunged forward to bite.

His action seemed to trigger a chain reaction, and four or five vampires simultaneously pounced on Billy.

"Bang!"

"Bang!"

"Bang!"

"Bang!"

Several almost continuous gunshots rang out. The vampires who were pouncing on their prey turned into a cloud of ash in mid-air.

"Sorry, but this is a witness. If you eat him, I won't have a reason to act against you!"

Boom! The silver door was directly blasted open by immense force. Over twenty special forces soldiers burst in. They wore full Kevlar bulletproof vests and full-face helmets, with four hand grenades hanging from their waists, and carried AK rifles.

These special forces soldiers slightly bent their backs. Over twenty rifles were aimed at the many vampires on the Dance Floor.

The numerous vampires exchanged glances and unanimously turned their attention to the DJ.

"Humans!"

The Bar DJ stood up, took off his hat, revealing two sharp fangs, and his pair of crimson eyes stared intently at the suddenly intruding special forces soldiers.

Tat-tat-tat-tat-tat...

The crisp sound of a gentleman's cane tapping the ground rang out.

Tang Song, wearing a white suit, walked in, leaning on a gentleman's cane. He held the gentleman's cane in one hand and a cigar in the other.

Behind him, Frank blew on the muzzle of his handgun, which was still emitting gunpowder smoke, and provocatively glanced at Blade beside him.

"Daywalker?"

"It's him!"

"That's right, it's him!"

...

With the appearance of the three, the previously menacing vampires all showed fear in their eyes.

Frank spun the Browning automatic pistol in his hand somewhat smugly.

However, he quickly realized that the person these vampires feared was not him, but Blade beside him.

Clearly, for vampires, the deterrent power of a Daywalker was far greater than that of a human holding a gun.

"Is he Quinn?"

Tang Song tapped the gentleman's cane in his hand and pointed towards the DJ at the Bar Counter.

Blade nodded: "Yes, he is Quinn, one of Deacon's trusted subordinates. He definitely knows what Deacon is up to."

"Take him down!"

At Tang Song's command, over twenty special forces soldiers opened fire simultaneously.

The AK47's theoretical rate of fire could reach 600 rounds per minute, with a magazine capacity of 30 rounds.

Over twenty special forces soldiers firing simultaneously directly covered most of the Dance Hall. The silver-plated bullets leaving the barrels instantly mowed down large numbers of vampires.

These lowest-level vampires turned directly into puffs of ash the moment the silver-plated bullets hit them.

Tat-tat-tat-tat-tat! The over twenty special forces soldiers fanned out, advancing into the Dance Hall while firing.

Every moving object was a target. The characteristic of turning into ash when hit by silver-plated bullets meant these special forces soldiers didn't have to worry about enemies faking death.

"Tat-tat-tat..."

As Blade said, vampires far surpassed ordinary humans in speed and strength.

Even when facing over twenty automatic rifles, some vampires managed to slip through the net. Relying on their speed, they attempted a desperate struggle.

But when they lunged close to these special forces soldiers, before they could even bare their fangs, the extremely strong smell of garlic extract rushed directly into their extremely sensitive nostrils.

Each special forces soldier had sprayed themselves with at least a full bottle of garlic extract. The strong smell made these vampires not want to get close at all.

They fixed their gaze on the three people standing at the entrance.

A female vampire, completely covered in blood, bare-chested, pulled out two curved knives from somewhere and charged towards the entrance, brandishing them.

Her target was none other than Tang Song, who was wearing a suit and looked refined.

Clearly, compared to Blade the Daywalker who had killed countless ghosts, and Frank who had a gun in his hand, this vampire also understood the principle of going for the easy target.

"Poof!"

The female vampire's speed was very fast, crossing more than half the Dance Floor in the blink of an eye.

Frank on the side was just about to raise his gun when Tang Song paused, tapping his cane, and exhaled a mouthful of cigar smoke.

The white smoke sprayed out like an arrow for four or five meters, enveloping the female vampire holding the curved knives.

Whoosh, the smoke dispersed. The female vampire, along with the curved knives in her hands, vanished like foam with the white smoke...

Quinn
