Since the night they kissed, something in Lucifer changed. Well, no—not changed. Just unleashed.
Whatever filter or restraint he had before? Gone.
His heart now? Completely weak. His self-control? Gone.
Lucifer was now a man fully, shamelessly, recklessly in love—and it showed in every single thing he did.
Day by day, he was getting bolder. Clingier. Protective. And hungrier for Eliza's attention like a man starved for decades. Like he had finally tasted something precious and couldn't let it go.
He always had to touch her—holding her hand like a lifeline down the hallway, slinging his arm lazily over her shoulders as if she were made to be there, brushing a strand of hair behind her ear just because it gave him an excuse to touch her cheek.
---
His fingers were tightly laced with Eliza's as they walked side by side through the bustling school hallway. Students turned to stare—some whispering behind cupped hands, others blinking in disbelief, and some (especially Lily) glaring with pure, concentrated jealousy.
Eliza almost forgot Lily even existed.
But Lucifer? He didn't even blink.
He stopped right there in the middle of the corridor, raised their joined hands, and kissed the back of hers like it was second nature—as if she were royalty and he was just her devoted knight.
"Still cold?" he asked, his voice soft as velvet, his eyes locked only on her.
Eliza's cheeks turned pink, her heart fluttering. "Lucifer… people are staring."
"Let them," he said smoothly, his tone unbothered, calm, firm. "I want them to know. You're mine."
She didn't argue. She couldn't. Because honestly? She loved it.
She loved the way he looked at her like she was everything. The way his eyes lit up when she laughed. The way he acted like the world started and ended with her.
And everyone noticed. Everyone.
The whispers had started the moment they were seen together after school.
Lucifer and Eliza? Like… actually together?
Are they dating?
They kissed?
He's all over her now!
Lily, standing with her carefully coordinated friend group, clenched her jaw so tight it could have shattered diamonds.
She watched from across the hallway as Lucifer leaned down, whispered something into Eliza's ear—and made her giggle. Again.
Lily's grip on her water bottle tightened until the plastic crunched under her fingers.
She glared. Unmoving. Burning with fury. Eyes glued to the couple like she could set them on fire just by staring.
But she couldn't do anything.
Not now. Not anymore. Not when Lucifer held Eliza like she was his entire world. Like she was all that mattered.
And Eliza? Oh, she noticed. She noticed the fake smile Lily gave. The twitch in her left eye. The way she tried to act like she didn't care.
So what did Eliza do? She leaned closer into Lucifer, her head resting against his arm as she giggled at whatever stupid, sweet thing he said.
Let Lily see. Let her choke on it.

After one of her afternoon classes, Eliza stepped out into the hallway, juggling her books when suddenly—
Someone grabbed her wrist and yanked her out of sight.
She gasped, eyes wide, ready to defend herself—
"Relax, princess," a familiar voice whispered into her ear, tugging her gently into the quiet shadows behind the staircase. "It's just your boyfriend. Not your kidnapper."
Her heart, still thudding from the surprise, started to calm.
She let out a breath, smacked his chest lightly. "Lucifer! You scared me!"
He grinned, arms slipping around her waist as he pulled her close. Their bodies pressed together, her back against the wall, his chest against hers.
"You were too far," he murmured, voice low and sinful. "I was losing energy…"
Eliza narrowed her eyes, skeptical. "Energy?"
He nodded solemnly. "Yeah. I need my daily dose. You know…"
His gaze dropped to her lips.
She smirked. "What, I'm your walking power bank now?"
Lucifer pouted, tightening his grip around her hips. "Please, princess," he whispered, brushing his nose against hers. "Just a little one. I promise I'll behave."
She raised a brow. "You? Behave? That's the biggest lie I've ever heard."
He gasped playfully, grinning. "Wow. Betrayed by my own girlfriend."
"Come on," he said, voice low and teasing. "I'm suffering. One kiss, or I might just cry… ugly tears."
Eliza tried to stay serious. She tried to hold her glare. But his pouty face, the way his lashes dropped and his lips curved down like a kicked puppy?
Impossible.
She sighed dramatically, pretending to resist. But she was already melting.
Their lips were just inches apart—
Breaths mingling. His hand gently cradling her waist. Her hand resting on his chest.
When suddenly—
"WELL, WELL, WELL. Look who's sneaking around."
They both jumped like guilty teenagers.
Ryan stood a few feet away, arms crossed, eyebrows raised, smirking like a little devil.
Lucifer looked like he wanted to commit murder.
"Ryan," he growled, tone sharp. "If you don't disappear in the next five seconds, I'll make your life painfully difficult."
Ryan held up his hands in surrender, chuckling. "Alright, alright! I'm leaving! Chill, man. I was just saying hi."
Lucifer deadpanned. "Say hi from another building."
Ryan snorted and backed away. "Fine, fine. Carry on, Romeo."
As soon as he turned the corner, Eliza groaned and buried her face in Lucifer's chest.
"I'm never showing my face again," she mumbled.
Lucifer chuckled softly, hugging her tighter. "My cute little princess," he teased. "Getting shy now?"
She lifted her head just to glare at him. "You're a shameless idiot."
He grinned wide. "Your shameless idiot."
Then he gently lifted her chin again.
"Now… where were we?"
She glared at him. Still blushing. Still flustered.
Lucifer sighed dramatically.
"Don't look at me like that. Our kiss was interrupted! I swear, God wrote our fate with a pen that keeps getting interrupted."
Eliza giggled, shaking her head.
Lucifer leaned in again, lips pouting.
She rolled her eyes fondly and reached up to cup his face.
She kissed his cheek. Then his nose. Then paused, smirking as she saw him tap his lips.
And finally, finally— She kissed him.
Soft. Certain. Uninterrupted.
And this time? No one dared to ruin it.

Later, at lunch...
Ava sat across the cafeteria, sighing dramatically as she watched Lucifer feed Eliza a bite of his fries and tuck her hair behind her ear.
She leaned on her tray.
"I need someone to spoil me like that," she groaned.
Ryan, who had clearly been waiting for this moment, shot up like a soldier.
"Lady Ava," he said with a noble bow and smooth voice. "Do you require anything? Water? Chocolate? Eternal devotion?"
She rolled her eyes. "Yeah, sure. I need extra sweet hot chocolate. And pizza. Neither of which this cafeteria has."
Ryan pulled out his phone instantly. "No problem, my lady. Your wish is my app command."
Ava blinked, confused. "Wait… you're actually ordering food?"
He winked. "Told you. I'm your grand wish."
Ava stared at him, trying—really trying—not to smile.
Ryan leaned back, smug and proud.
Ava looked down at her tray… hiding the smile that tugged at her lips.
Maybe having her own loyal fool wasn't so bad after all.
~Meanwhile, the lovely couple were lost in their own little world, without a single care.
